Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to the following address:

2. Return conditions
The products must be returned:
in their original state
not used
not opened
in their original packaging
accompanied by proof of purchase
Any product returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to NERIA HAIR (defective product or product not conforming to the order).
It is recommended to use a trackable return shipping method. NERIA HAIR cannot be held responsible for lost returned packages.
4. Reimbursement
After receipt and verification of the returned products, the refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days, via the same payment method as that used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Products not eligible for a refund
For hygiene reasons, used, opened or worn products are not eligible for a refund.
6. Defective products or order error
In the event of a defective product or an error in order preparation, the customer is invited to contact contact@neriahair.fr within 7 days of receipt, attaching photos of the product concerned.
NERIA HAIR is committed to offering an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
