Any extension to other geographical areas may be proposed at a later date.
2. Order processing times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
This timeframe corresponds to the order preparation time and does not constitute the delivery time.
NERIA HAIR reserves the right to extend this period during periods of high activity or when launching new products.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and are given for informational purposes only:
Metropolitan France: generally between 2 and 7 working days after dispatch
NERIA HAIR cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
4. Delivery costs
Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation and may vary depending on:

5. Order tracking

Package not received
In the event of non-receipt of a package, the customer is invited to contact contact@neriahair.fr within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
An investigation may be opened with the carrier.
Incorrect address
NERIA HAIR cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery related to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer when placing the order.
7. Damaged package
If the package is received damaged, the customer must:
report the problem within 48 hours
provide photos of the package and the product in question
